The definition of social habits is made on the basis of the author’s approach, which consists in determining social habits by comparing the orientation of the main disposition of respondents and their effective capital. In the process of conducting the research, we used the following general scientific and specific scientific methods: dialectical, the method of statistical analysis of information, content analysis of documents, the method of structural sociological modeling, quantitative and qualitative sociological research.

It is shown that the social field of the RCE, formed with the participation of the fields of power, science, education, economics, culture, IT and financial fields, occupies a subordinate position in relation to the field of power. The main positions of the objective model of the RCE social field are determined: explicit and latent goals, main tasks, the role of the forming fields, the degree of support for the need and expediency of the digital economy development by agents of the forming fields, dispositions, effective capitals and habits of the main actors of the RCE social field.
